1. Introduction

Axium processes personal data for its Discord bot and web dashboard under applicable privacy, payment security, and legal requirements.

2. Data We Collect

• •Dashboard session data, HttpOnly cookie session records, last login date, and IP address.

• •Moderation logs, ticket records, and technical records required for service operation.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to provide the bot/dashboard, authenticate users, prevent abuse, manage premium software subscriptions and payments, improve service quality, and meet legal obligations.

5. Payment Security

Card payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another supported payment provider. Axium does not store card details; payment data is handled by the relevant checkout, bank, card network, and financial institutions. Compliance requirements are supported by keeping privacy, distance sales notice, delivery/refund, and contact information pages active.

6. Data Security

Session cookies are HttpOnly and sensitive tokens are not stored in localStorage/sessionStorage. We apply reasonable technical and administrative controls against unauthorized access and loss.

7. Data Retention

Data is retained only as needed for service delivery, legal retention, payment/dispute records, and security. Eligible deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies

The dashboard uses mandatory HttpOnly cookies for authentication and security. Marketing cookies, if introduced, will be disclosed separately.

9. User Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and other rights provided by applicable law through our support channels.
