Cancellation, Refund and Delivery Policy Axium

1. General

This policy explains cancellation, refund, and delivery rules for Axium premium SaaS subscriptions. Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another supported payment provider.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed under these conditions:

  • Premium software access was not delivered or could not be activated due to a technical issue.
  • A support-verifiable error occurred, such as activation on the wrong server.
  • Eligible requests made before service use and within 14 days after purchase.
  • Used campaign, gift, or one-time code rights may be excluded from refund.

3. Digital Delivery

Premium access does not require physical delivery. After payment confirmation, premium software access is assigned to the selected Discord server.

4. Payment Provider Cancellation/Refund Process

Same-day reversals may be treated as cancellations, while requests on following days may be treated as refunds. Cancellation and refund processes are handled according to the rules of Lemon Squeezy or the relevant payment provider, bank, and card network; any additional process information is shared with the user when applicable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Send the following to support:

  • Discord user ID and related server ID.
  • Payment date, amount, and order or payment reference if available.
  • Reason for refund and screenshots if relevant.
  • Contact email address.

Missing information may delay review.

6. Review and Refund Payment

Approved refunds are initiated through the relevant bank, virtual POS provider, or payment institution infrastructure. Posting to the card/account may take several business days depending on the bank.

7. Chargebacks

If a bank/payment dispute is opened, Axium may provide relevant evidence to the appropriate institutions. Abusive disputes may restrict service access.
