Terms of Service and Distance Sales Notice Axium

1. Parties and Scope

These terms cover the Axium Discord bot, web dashboard, premium SaaS subscriptions, and related support processes.

2. Product Eligibility and Restrictions

Axium sells access to hosted Discord bot and dashboard software features only. Axium does not sell physical goods, donations, resale rights, marketplace listings, third-party products, consulting or custom development services, gambling, crypto/NFT products, adult content, spyware, regulated goods, or any product prohibited by payment processors.

3. Bot and Dashboard Use

Users must use the service in compliance with Discord rules, applicable law, and community rules.

• •Unauthorized access, spam, fraud, harmful automation, or service disruption is prohibited.
• •Server administrators are responsible for dashboard settings and their effects.
• •Axium may restrict access for security or abuse risks.

4. Premium SaaS Subscription

Premium is a digital software subscription for Axium bot and dashboard features. It is activated for the selected Discord server after purchase. Scope, duration, and limits are shown before purchase.

5. Payment and Digital Delivery

Payments may be processed by Lemon Squeezy or another supported payment provider. When Lemon Squeezy is used, Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record for checkout, tax, and payment processing. Delivery occurs when premium access is assigned to the selected server after successful payment. There is no physical delivery.

6. Distance Sales Notice

Before purchase, users are informed about service features, total price, payment method, digital delivery, withdrawal/refund rules, and contact channels. Completing an order means these details are accepted.

7. Personal Data

Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. For details, see Privacy Policy.

8. Compliance and Responsibility

Users are responsible for lawful use. Fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, or false information may result in suspension.

9. Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal

Refund and withdrawal conditions are regulated in the Refund Policy. Once digital software access starts, withdrawal rights may be limited where allowed by law.

10. Service Changes

Axium may make technical or operational changes. Material changes are announced through the website or support channels.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided with reasonable continuity goals; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed for Discord, hosting, payment provider, or third-party outages.

These terms were updated for 2026 and may be revised when required.
